Equity in RealSplit Inc.—not just individual properties. You benefit from trading fees, platform growth, real estate appreciation and income yield.

Can I sell my shares later?

Yes, after a 12-month hold per Reg D 506(c), shares may be eligible for secondary market trading.

Do I get access to properties too?

Yes. Platform shareholders get early access to fractionalized deals and more perks depending on investment level.

What are the risks?

As with all private investments, there are risks. Review all offering documents carefully. No guarantees of returns.

Will I receive dividends?

Yes. RealSplit distributes dividends from its revenue sources, including income generated from properties, trading fees, sponsorship fees, and more. Distributions may vary depending on overall platform performance, but investors can expect distributions of free cash flow as the ecosystem grows and at the manager's discretion.

How is RealSplit™ different from a REIT?

REITs offer exposure. RealSplit offers ownership in the platform powering property access—plus access to direct fractional investments.

Can international investors participate?

Currently, only U.S.-based accredited investors may participate. Future rounds may be opened to global investors pending compliance.

How will I receive updates about my investment?

You’ll receive regular investor reports, financial statements, and platform updates via email and inside your investor dashboard. All investors are invited into a private chat group with the founders and the team as well. You will have 24/7 access to our founders and team.
